A fragrance inspired by the heritage of Japanese leather craft. Hyogo Leather by Nara Perfumery is an Oriental Woody Parfum launched in 2022 by perfumer Nasser Alshimmari. It pays tribute to Hyogo Prefecture in Japan, where leather production began over a thousand years ago and where some of the finest leathers in the world are still produced today. 

The composition opens with a vibrant mix of spicy notes and conifer, fresh and invigorating with a herbal edge. At the heart, aromatic and woody notes blend with amber, adding warmth and balance to the citrusy sharpness. The base lingers with deep animalic nuances and refined leather, enriched by a subtle touch of oud, creating a luxurious and long-lasting trail.
